Se anulo, segun ellos por viento........en tierra no corria ni gota de viento y el dia fue excelente, aunque arriba en las alturas pues no se...... Ni una explicacion de si recuperariamos el dinero, ni si podriamos hacer la excursion al dia siguiente. He mirado las condiciones de la reserva y no dice nada en caso de anulacion como si dice en caso de la reserva del vuelo en globo. En fin 25€ muy bien gastados.........muy mala experiencia

It was cancelled, supposedly due to wind... On the ground there wasn't a breath of wind and the day was excellent, although up there, well, I don't know... They didn't even offer an explanation about whether we'd get our money back, or if we could do the excursion the next day. Al principio creímos que se habían olvidado de nosotros, se presentó 25 min tarde cuando todos los demás operadores se habían ido. A partir de ahí, todo estupendo, el conductor muy amable, simpático con su inglés socarrón, nos llevó a los puntos de observación y dio indicaciones y tiempos perfectamente.
